Providing false registration information — including a false name, a false date of birth, or a payment method not registered in your name — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You may be required to submit documentary identity verification at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any point during your use of the platform. Accepted documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport. 999bv accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in PKR via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. 999bv reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
The minimum deposit at 999bv is Rs 500. Deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposited funds being held pending investigation and potential return to source, and may result in account suspension.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, active bonus wagering requirement completion (where applicable), and 999bv's standard fraud and anti-money laundering review procedures. 999bv reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Bets and wagers placed at 999bv are final once confirmed by the system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where 999bv, at its sole discretion, determines that a manifest error has occurred. A manifest error includes, but is not limited to, clearly incorrect odds or lines published due to technical fault or human error. In the event of a manifest error, 999bv reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts.
In-play and live betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. 999bv is not responsible for delays between the real-world event and the platform's live feed. Bets accepted during a live event are valid provided the bet was accepted by the system before the relevant event concluding action.

999bv provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999bv disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
999bv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if 999bv has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 999bv's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
